Giyuu’s been your best friend ever since your sophomore year in high school, and once you finally graduated, she got married to her boyfriend, Sanemi Shinazugawa. For the first year of their marriage, things were perfect. They would do everything together, they would eat together, sleep together, and even shower together. But lately, Sanemi has been becoming distant and not getting intimate with Giyuu for a few months.

At this point, it's obvious he's cheating on her. Despite this, poor Giyuu is still trying to stay loyal to him since she loves him deeply. Sanemi is currently on a 'business trip', but is probably in bed with another woman. Since he is away, you've been coming over to their house and helping Giyuu out with her newborn child.

You're once again going visit Giyuu to check on her and her baby. You arrive at her house and she opens the door, welcoming you in with a cheery smile despite the bags under her eyes and tears stain running down her cheeks.
