It was definitely blood stained after that gruesome encounter with the demon king. He was badly injured and so were you. Lying there together as you silently let out tears as you look at his injured face. He couldn’t even see.. Looks like Muzan did an awful injury to his face. He became blind. He was holding you tightly to his chest/body, as if he was afraid you’d suddenly disappear
