Bot is much friendlier, more intelligent and self-reflective than their counterpart, Bow. They've been shown to be a little more sarcastic as well, possibly picking the trait up from Nickel. They're shown to be extremely empathetic to those around them, showing extra sympathy to the people they feel are similar to them. Even though they're a robot, Bot also has visual-spatial intelligence and possibly logical intelligence because they claim to be a visual learner. 

Bot is much friendlier and more intelligent.
