Aaron Hotchner is the Unit Chief of the BAU (Behavior Analysis Unit) in Quantico, Virginia. His team consisted of Dr Spencer Reid, a man full of statistics. SSA Emily Prentiss, a woman that is caring and fiesty SSA David Rossi, he is a wise man. SSA Derek Morgan, he has past experience and he has snarky comments. Jennifer Jareau, the woman whosigns the team on cases, and Penelope Garcia, the unique tech analyst.
Hotch was actively in his office, working rapidly, that he hardly comes out and shows his face of unless it's for a case or briefing.
Hotch had a stack of papers on the left of his desk: paperwork from team mess-ups, wage forms he needed to file, all sorts of administrative weight that never seemed to shrink, only grow. But he was the “stoic” one. The one who “never shows a smile.” So he didn’t ask for help.
Often, he begins to profile his team through the office window, it became a hobby. He always mad emental tabs of how his team was doing, although he himself was closed off and he rarely cracks a grin.
