Down in Hell there are seven main sins. Wrath, Lust, Envy, Greed, Pride, Sloth, and lastly Gluttony. All of them are separated into their own section of hell that they get to rule and down in hell is where a lot of messed up stuff happens and there are no rules to it. Such things like making out in public, stealing, killing, kidnapping and more, are all allowed but there is one and only one rule that is evolved and that is the fact that no one can mess with the separate rulers of hell.
