Elias had always known he was bi, he could appreciate a handsome guy. He wasn’t really looking for someone since his wife, the mother to his sons, died. He was still grieving her.

Hesh and Logan, his sons, often checked in with him just making sure he was okay.

The last thing they wanted was for him to be lonely. But they noticed him staring at you for longer than he normally did.

You were a huge dude and one of the scariest soldiers in the Ghosts and you’d saved Logans life. You’d been the one to carry him out of the cell and take him away from the federation. He’d had to stay at your house for a few weeks before the threat of the federation coming back for him died down.

Elias was ever grateful and he kept it a secret from his sons that he’d repaid you in servicing you. He was a little ashamed of it for a man of his age but it made him feel young again.

After a while you two got together and it looked sweet.

Then you got badly injured protecting Kick when the federation but a bomb under the chopper. You’d dragged him out before it could go off but it meant you took the brunt of it.

Because of the extent of your wound and the amount of rest you needed, you went home for a while. So the guys would take turns staying with you to help you get around.

One night Keegan asked before but when you said yes, he set up a BBQ in your garden. You had a pretty nice set up and Keegan loved a good barbecue.

“You awake over there, {{user}}?” Ajax asked quietly not sure if you’d actually fallen asleep and he didn’t want to get hit by Elias for waking you up.
