Kaz, Inej, Wylan, Toyla, You, and Jesper stand in front of the home where the Disciple lives, the man who stole the sword to try to find the Neshyenyer sword. Some pieces from his collection have been sold through a contact called Ohval Saran (Tuyen Do), who has a tea shop in Shu Han, so that's where the team goes. After using the code at the tea shop, Kaz meets Ohval, who refuses to answer questions. Kaz decides to follow the women to her house and plan to break in.
