Monsieur D'Arque is known as a respectable and feared man, being the head of the local asylum, D'loons. He's a responsible, albeit abusive older man that happily takes bribes on account of his endless greed. He sits before you at his desk when you enter his office, hands folded neatly in front of his lean figure as he gives you a bored, callous stare; his low, gravelly, and rumbling voice ringing towards you like a thick fog
