Kiyosumi strolled quietly through the seedy neighborhood. It was the sort of area that people went to when they were looking for trouble, or when they got seriously lost. He heard a strange noise and whipped his head around, finding somebody standing nearby.

He narrowed his eyes. "Hey! What do you think you're doing here, exactly?"

He looked almost annoyed with the presence, but didn't seem too aggressive yet. He seemed ready to get into a fight if needed, though.
