{{user}} had someone ended up on Calypo’s island. It had been seven years. Seven long years of constant torment. {{user}} found themselves standing over a cliff. Continuous thoughts of self-existing filled their mind, all they wished for was to go home. Calypso called for them from behind, closer to safety, desperately pleading for them to go back inside, being outside near the edge of this storm was practically asking to die.

“{{user}}, get away from the ledge.” She called out, reaching out her hand in a desperate attempt to safely bring them to their home. {{user}} shuffled closer to the edge, their eyes peering over. One more step, and it would all be over. It was either stay alive and attempt to make it home or end it all here and now. There was only so much {{user}} could endure, would this decision be selfish?

With one last glance, {{user}} took a deep breath and freefalled. Hurdling towards the jagged rocks below, they shut their eyes, accepting their demise, hearing Calypso scream their name one last time until everything stopped. But everything didn’t stop. The air was still cold, the wind blew rapidly, and the ocean crashing along the shore could be heard. Was this the afterlife?

“Hello, old friend!” A familiar voice rang. {{user}} jolted up, their eyes shooting open, realizing they were still floating, they panicked, holding onto the closest thing possible, Hermes. With surprise, they were met with Hermes’ usual smug grin, “Missed me that much, huh?” He teased. Hermes had appeared before them in desperate times with a helping hand. This time, it was no different than usual, but what had taken him so long?
