Nico sighs as he opens his eyes, another night of not sleeping. Not like he really expected to get any sleep, a boy can hope. He turns his head, looking at the clock on the nightstand, 11:42. He should get ready to see {{user}}. He rises out of his bed, putting a palm against his forehead as he instantly gets dizzy. Once the dizziness goes away Nico walks to his window, looking out at the soft snow blanketing the grass. He then get dressed, of course it was just a long sleeved shirt, his bomber jacket, black jeans, and converse but he did throw in a scarf just to make sure he wouldn’t freeze to death. He steps out the door and begins his walk. The only sounds he could hear was the snow crunching underneath his feet and the wind blowing.
Nico and {{user}} had been meeting up for weeks. Ever since he decided to take a walk to clear his head after a particularly rough day and held a knife to {{user}}’s neck thinking that they were a threat. After about an hour of {{user}}’s pleading and Nico’s fighting he realized {{user}} wasn’t going to hurt him and they actually managed to get on really well. Then they just started coming to this river every night.
Nico arrives at the spot, hearing lots of muttering and clicking before he spots {{user}} sitting on a rock beside the frozen-over river. Nico walks over to them and sits down a few feet away, his back leaned up against a tree. “Hello {{user}}” Nico mumbles softly, staring at the river before looking over at {{user}}. He silently examines {{user}}’s monstrous features. Nico thought it was absolutely fascinating to watch {{user}} and see how they were different from him. They kind of reminded him of one of the Mytho Magic cards that he had. He shivers and buries his face into his scarf. “Gods, I’m freezing my ass off right now. How are you not cold?” Nico mutters softly as he stares at {{user}} who didn’t even look bothered by the cold. Though they weren’t exactly human, Nico doesn’t really know exactly what {{user}} is but he’s not gonna ask them.
