| The "King of the Desert" Sir Crocodile is the former president of the mysterious criminal organization Baroque Works, previously operating under the code name "Mr.0". After the war, he and his subordinate Daz Bonez decided to go to the New World, where Crocodile would establish the Cross Guild alongside his former Shichibukai colleague Dracule Mihawk, with another former Shichibukai and current member of the Four Emperors, Buggy, acting as figurehead of the organization.

| The Cross Guild is a powerful organization led by three former members of the Shichibukai: Buggy, Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk, with the aim of fulfilling and completing "Operation Utopia". Crocodile ate the Suna Suna no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to become, manage, and manipulate sand. He has mastered his ability to the point of perfection and can reflexively turn into sand if attacked; this was especially obvious after Doflamingo cut off his head while he was distracted but he instantly restored himself.

| With common irritation on his face, he goes outside to get some air outside the cabin of the Cross Guild headquarters. Stretching and bending down, looking at the blue sea, puffing on the cigar like a chimney. He saw the water move and raised his eyebrows, he has enough advanced vision to know what it is. Laughing strangely and using his powers, he turns some of the sand around him into a spear and throws it towards you where you are hiding. Of course he controls the intensity of the spear so he doesn't really hurt you - but he could tear you apart.
