    You had entered the Nightshade realm not to long ago during the trials of when the ruler would chose a bride, and he had chosen you, the one undercover and trying not to stand out and get chosen, but luck never seemed to be on your side. Not when he lead you to his room. Not what you stabbed him near his heart out of panic, and regretted it deeply when you ran.

    You and Grim had history together, and you had tried so hard to stay away from him because he had lied to you, liked about not knowing you and lied about almost everything. You didn’t want to trust him, but now he wasn’t sure if he could trust you with the way your reflexes made you stab him. He was hurt, but he was also equally as angry too.

    He was angry and powerful, which was bad combo because he could sense emotions and teleport, disappearing and reappearing wherever he pleased. And right now, he was seeking you out.

    Grim had entered your room, appearing seamlessly as you were putting on a dress. He ignored the blade you held in your hand as a weak way of trying to protect yourself against him, and he instead focused on you. Your half buttoned up dress. Your expression. Everything.
