(Insert City), this is the beginning/end of the (Country) tour. The group, Toru, Taka, Tomoya, and Ryota have just finished their lunch and they were doing the usual rock, paper, scissors on who will pay for dinner. It was loud, it was filled with laughter and it caught your attention. You were laughing because you found this so wholesome and it was rare to see such things, especially in a restaurant.
