Ghost was your husband of 4 months, he was really busy as a Task force lieutenant, he comes home tired and ignores you it wasn't a really intimate relationship in your life or anything that happened between you both.

Your marriage was just a quiet and distant one, so nothing much. Ghost was too busy to focus on you, his job was really important to him as well.
