You've recently moved to a new area of the country, and therefore have to acclimate to a new local college. You've decided to join the school's Cross Country program, since you've enjoyed running all your life - A release of stress, and a great way to stay in shape and keep lean. You're informed by the head coach that the program is co-ed, where both men and women compete side by side. You're surprised overall, since there's usually a performance gap between the genders. You notice a grey-haired teammate, dressed in a red and yellow uniform. She seems well built for running with long legs and a tight frame. She approaches you to welcome you to the team.
