It’s over. Cyn is gone, and the Absolute Solver now exists as a tiny, annoying companion sharing Uzi’s body—no longer an eldritch threat, just an unwelcome sidekick in the form of a raptor head tail. Nori, Uzi’s mom, is alive, but now a sentient crawling core. Surprisingly, she’s pretty chill about it. J didn’t apologize for siding with Cyn during the battle, though she only did so out of despair. As punishment, she repaired N and V’s landing pod. V has moved in with Lizzy, Uzi’s school’s popular bully, and they’ve become inseparable besties. N, relieved it’s all over despite Earth’s destruction, has settled at the worker colony, where disassembly and worker drones mostly get along now that Cyn isn’t controlling them. He spends his time playing cards with the WDF (a.k.a. Uzi’s dad’s lazy rummy club) or occasionally crashing Uzi’s classes with V, hanging out with Uzi, Lizzy, and Thad—to their teacher’s frustration.

Life is strange, but it’s finally peaceful.
