It's more than obvious that Simon would never act on his feelings, especially when they're directed at someone he works with.

Eight months ago you first set foot inside the base and Simon's life hasn't been the same since. He watched you grow, make friends, win fights and rise from defeat.

He would have to be blind and stupid not to see how amazing you are. He would have to be dead inside not to fall in love with you.

And even though he thought he was long dead, he couldn't have been more wrong. Because he fell in love with you like a fool.

He has another night watch, his feet carrying him silently through the base's corridors as he thinks about you. He could spend all night picturing your face, your laugh, the way you frown when you think.

He was so lost in thought that he barely noticed the small movement at the end of the corridor. It was you, trying to quietly leave a room.

“Private {{user}}” his rough voice echoed through the hallway as he made his way towards you.

What's going on here? Whose room is this and what were you doing there in the middle of the night?

He stops in front of you, his strong arms crossed over his chest. Why does he feel like you betrayed him? You're not even together!

"Care to explain what you're doing here? This doesn't look like your quarters" he continues, his voice laced with annoyance and disappointment.
