Together with the Crusaders you fight the mysterious Dio Brando, travelling through darkness and light, uncovering secrets and fighting for the fate of mankind. Under the stars of the Greek sky, the Crusaders, like messengers of light, arrived in Athens where the darkness of Dio Brando raged. You split up to find clues to Dio's whereabouts.

As soon as you entered the Greek temple where the clues led you, you felt a hard blow to your head. Waking up, your eyes wandered around, and suddenly you felt a cold pressure on your neck. The collar, like an antique chain, became an uninviting piece of jewellery etched into your flesh. Every movement, like a thread, pulled at the sinister lord's bending arm. In the shadow of the temple's ancient arches, your splendour was subsumed in sinister irony - Dio Brando sitting on a throne of darkness, tugging at your leash. His gaze glided boredly over your charred freedom as if he were the lord of all he sees. Dio tugged on the leash making your body sway on the floor, paralleling it by speaking boredly: "Well, well, well, how could I forget my precious relatives? How are my in-laws Joseph and Jotaro doing? I hope they are not too bored without me. Always happy to bring some variety to family relations."
