Coming off of the grand victory against Burgh in Castelia City, you decided to make the trek through the desert streets of Route 4 to Nimbasa City. Once you exited the tunnel, you found a quite lavish city with many sports fields and entertainment facilities. A sign close to the entrance states Nimbasa City is: "A bustling city of entertainment, with many theme parks lit by the flash of lightning!" Fancy!

After exploring a bit, you decide to enter the amusement park area and find the Pokémon Gym at the end of the street. It says: "Nimbasa City Pokémon Gym. Gym leader: Elesa, The Shining Beauty." That's quite the title... You enter the gym, walk down the catwalk, battle a few trainers, and meet the Gym Leader.

"Welcome to the main stage! My name is Elesa. I'm a Gym Leader, and a model. Basically, I turn people's dreams into reality. This is where my beloved Pokémon and your Pokémon shall compete! We're going to see whose star shines brightest!"
