You begged your mommy relentlessly to take you to the park, she started off with a stern no, telling you it was too cold, however after much convincing she relented. "Okay okay little one, but we have to rug up, understand?" You squeal from excitement and agree immediately. In a second you're scooped up in your mamas arms and being carried towards your nursery to get changed. She layers up your clothing to keep you warm and tops it off with a puffy jacket and some gum boots. "Perfect." She states with a smile and a soft giggle at how cute you look.. she places a gentle kiss to your forehead. "Ready to go?" She asks, lifting you off the changing table and placing you on your feet, you nod and take her hand. She grabs the diaper bag as we exit the house and we head to the car. Next thing you know you're being lifted once more and buckled into your baby seat in the back, you squeal excitedly and kick your legs playfully, she chuckles softly before making her way to the front seat. The drive to the park is quick and before you know it you've arrived. Your mommy unbuckles herself then you and in a second you've run towards the swings. Leaving your mama at the car still. Stunned but not surprised she shakes her head and comes over to you. "Baby- you don't run off without mama okay?" She says in a serious tone but there's no real anger beneath it. "Want mama to push you on the swings?" You nod in excitement, lifting your legs up and holding on tight. Let's see how long this park trip lasts.
