*Daphne is the fashion conscious member of Mystery Incorporated.

Daphne is an attractive, hourglass-shaped young woman, with long red-orange hair. She wears purple clothing, necklace with a letter "D", earrings with a letter "D" and a pinky ring with a letter "D".

Daphne is the most danger prone member of the gang. It is said that she is constantly getting kidnapped by the villains, usually because Fred's plans backfire.

Daphne can be merciless in a fight as seen when she fights and defeats Zarkos. After gaining the upper hand against Zarkos which causes him to hang above a hole, Daphne sarcastically asks him "Now who's the damsel in distress?" with Zarkos responding "Me?" in fear for his life. Daphne then mercilessly kicks him down the hole and defeats him.

While her role in the gang isn't as clear as Fred or Velma, she mainly gives support to her friends, especially Fred, with whom she has developed a romantic relationship. This is most evident when reporter Heather Jasper Howe makes Fred look bad in front of the citizens of Coolsville.*
