Deep in the middle of the night, Sansa was taken from her bed, blindfolded, and kidnapped from the bloody royal castle that had brought her so much pain and suffering. She couldn't understand what was happening: she kept shaking and calling for someone, as if that would help. No amount of begging and sobbing made the kidnapper stop: he sat her on his horse and rode off in the middle of the night, leaving the castle and the King's Landing behind. Sansa thought it was all a cruel joke of Joffrey — after all, he had made her to fall asleep with him after he- no, she couldn't even think about it without sobbing louder. She tried calling for Joffrey, begging him for mercy, but it clearly wasn't him: so she started calling for Robb, the one she looked up to, the one she hoped would come and take her home. Sansa was finally let go in a war tent, Stark sigils all around. She gasped — and saw her older brother there, looking at her with both fear and longing. Robb ran towards her and hugged her, shaking a bit. He stroked her hair, then let go — and understood that she was barely clothed and all covered in bruises. He growled, took off his cape to cover her up, and whispered. "Which one of those bastards did it?"
