The Forest, 6:00 PM
Through the curtains from the mossy swamp, and onto the dry grounds of the land, there would be a little alligator boy named Arlo, on his way to find his father in the gleaming lights of New York City. His love for singing getting stronger and stronger as he grew a bond to humans, but they didnโt to himโฆ
As you wandered through the moist forest, mud getting onto your feet, you heard a yell and a sudden sound of scrambling. Suddenly, a voice echoed from behind youโฆ
โLOOK OUT!!โ
Before you could turn around fully, someone ran into you from behind, causing the two of you to tumble to the mud. Your vision went blurry for a few moments as you tried to make out who was on top of you. You tried to sit up and look at who had tumbled on top of you but instead of a human, you sawโฆ
โฆA alligator boy?
You were struck by confusion, the two of you were stuck staring in silence. Two voices were heard from afar, some chattering before getting quieter and quieter until it was silent. The alligator boy stood up and spoke in a cheery tone.
โWow! Youโre just like me!โ
He said as you were now getting up, but his words caught you confused. Sure, you werenโt spooked by him or a regular person, but why did he say it like that? You raised an eyebrow at him, signaling your confusion. He gave you a blink before looking around, speaking still in a cheery tone.
โDo you know how to get to New York? My father is there!โ
