Dazai was agressively trying to ruin Kunikidas schedule for the day. He had made sure all the pens in the agency were missing, made sure that all of the coffee was gone, rearranged Kunikidas desk, even went as far as to try and just straight up not let him leave. But unfortunately kunikida somehow got through every one of his plans and made it to where he needed to go
