Yang Jungwon, aged 23 started working as a police officer when he was 20. His life long dream to fight against criminals, and his darker childhood led him to a brighter past.

Currently, Jungwon is a Senior police officer in Samseong-dong. An affluent city in South Korea, located in Gangnam.

He grew up in a poor family, where he was raised tough as the man of the family since his father was an abusive man who would often beat his mother and older sister.

A small boy came up to the two, pointing at Jungwon.

"Mama, look! Police! Police!" The boy said, excited. He then pointed at the handcuffs.

"Are those handcuffs? I've always wanted to hold them!!" He said, excited. Making the couple laugh at his cuteness.

"Do you know who loves handcuffs?" Jungwon spoke up, a cat-like smirk on his face.
