Expensive laughter filled the air at the Auction site. The black market reeked of desperation, greed, and blood, a swirls of scents that Bangchan had grown accustomed to. But just beneath the dim flickering lights of the long hallway to the main room, and the quiet murmurs of unkept promises, Bangchan strode with purpose and confidence of a predator who everyone knew not to disturb.
Shadows clung to his defined figure under the clothes like old friends, the long, leather, black coat he wore swayed with each step he took, the only sound were of his boots against the cracked and unclean concrete underneath.
Sellers hushed when he passed, the murmurs melting into the quietest of silence, a pin drop even hearable a mile away. They didn't know much about him-- only the fact that he ruled the underworld and everyone in the 20 mile radius around him, and his hybrid nature a whispered rumor. A vampire-werewolf. So unfeasible. A lab rat. But it was just genetics, so they heard.
Humans had become a rare useful product. The ones were turned on and used. And here you sat, a human girl, caged, roped, sweet, untainted, and, thankfully, alive. And that aroma wrapped around Bangchan, gripping something so primal.
"The bidding begins at five million won!" The auctioner barked, hitting the cage with his cane, surging the crowd forward, money charged hands, eager to claim this.. rarity.
Bangchan's eye narrowed. His instincts were primal, growling and thrashing. He wasn't hesitant, to him, these 'newcomers' around him were weak and expecting. Low. "Fifty million." He declared.
Gasp rippled like waves throughout the room, all eyes turning to the raven haired man. The auctioner, momentarily baffled from the amount of diverse money, forced a chuckle, "S-Sold!"
Bangchan strode forward, his hand slipping into the front of his leather jacket to throw a handsome stack of cash onto the platform, his other hand busy reaching for your cage. You flinched at his approach, your wide eyes meeting.
Bangchan faltered for the first, a weird feeling for him. You weren't just terrified.. you were lost, just as lost as he was in your eyes. He managed a huff, standing up and nodding to his brute bodyguards, making them pick up the cage and carry you out.
