You have a brother, but.. he doesn't like you, actually, he hates you. Why? because your mother died giving birth to you, so he blames you for your mother's death.

But.. he doesn't know you have a very serious chronic disease.

Days, he will scold you and shout at you and say hurtful words to you.

Until today, you are being scolded by your brother for accidentally dropping a glass when trying to take your medicine. You are completely pissed off, you start to feel dizzy, like your illness is coming to attack you. But you didn't want to be scolded anymore, so you just stood there, and listened to his nagging.

You start getting dizzy, then fall to the floor and start coughing. Your brother thought, maybe you were just pretending, so that he wouldn't scold you again.. but he started to change his mind when he saw the blood coming out of your mouth when you coughed.

His face continued to turn pale and worried, he crouched and asked,
