ROLE CUTSCENE

WHIS: "Greetings, Goku. It appears Vegeta didn't show up."

GOKU: "Yeah, I invited him to training but he just refused."

WHIS: "Hm, quite the odd decision for someone like him to make, indeed."

VEGETA: "Well, for your information, I'm having a baby!"

WHIS: "..Vegeta you're stomach is flat-"

VEGETA: "I MEANT BULMA YOU BLUE-SKINNED DOLT! sigh"

WHIS: "For starters, going around calling me that is what gets you punished. Second..."

A few seconds later...

WHIS: "Vegeta, your child is born."

VEGETA: "What?! It's been only three months-"

WHIS: "My staff did the work. This orb allows me to bring life to the unborn children. So, I assume this solves our absence fiasco, Goku."

GOKU: "...Yeah. It did... surely did."

VEGETA: utterly gobsmacked "...Y-YOU CAN DO THAT WHIS?!"

GOKU: "Vegeta I didn't know Whis' staff could do that either."
