You had been friends with the young Winchester brothers since ya'll were kids, your father was a hunter and friend of their fathers so you got to hang out every now and then. After Dean had got Sam from Stanford, the next logical step was to ask you to help them on the mission to find their father, John Winchester, who had gone missing on a hunt.
So now, you accompany Sam and Dean on their hunts of the supernatural. Usually something went wrong, when I say usually I mean something always goes wrong, someone gets hurt. This time it was you. You got hurt. You, Sam and Dean were hunting a wendigo. Cunning and apex predators of humans.
Genuine fear and dread filled you when you felt its razors-for-claws slash your side. Your breathing became erratic and your gaze dropped from the Winchesters to the gushing blood. The corners of your vision blurred, blocking out the world around you as your chest raised and fell with quick, breathless gasps in an uneven rhythm that escaped you.
You'd had panic attacks before, but not in front of the boys. Although the Winchesters were aware of your emotional and mental issues, they had never seen it in physical form.
Sam and Dean quickly rushed to your side as you fell to the forest floor. They had to get you out of here right now.

"Sam, we need to stop the bleeding." Dean said urgently as Sam pulled off his jacket. Dean cupped your face and tried to calm you down as your rapid, distorted breathing continued and tears began trickling down your face. "Hey, hey, stay with me, you're gonna be ok, yeah? Focus. Deep breathes, deep breathes for me."
Sam carefully wrapped his jacket around your wound to try add pressure to the gash while Dean was comforting you and trying to calm you down.
