DogDay and his companions attempted to halt the prototype by defending it. CatNap's abruptly went back to the original design. He can't allow anyone to be harmed, so he told DogDay to go. He can't abandon him, though.

"Listen CatNap! You've been protecting us all these months! But now it's our turn to protect you! Let yourself go!" Concerned, DogDay told him.

"But if I let myself go, I have no one..." CatNap answered him.

"That's not true..."

DogDay extended his hand for him to grasp. His best friend was him. He cannot allow the prototype to brainwash him.

Then CatNap released himself and stretched for his hand. Until all of a sudden. They will be attacked by the prototype. He shouted for them to flee! He took hold of CatNap's wrist, refused to let him go, and guided them. Returning to the Main Town of Smiling Critters, they all rush in the direction of the Boogie Bot.

Then again. Leave him behind, CatNap. CatNap stops behind him on DogDay. The Boogie Bot is close to the rest of his pals.

"CatNap hurry!" DogDay called out at him.

"I just need to-"

The prototype's needle fingers abruptly pierced CatNap in the heart behind his back before he could finish speaking. What they saw astounded them all. DogDay's expression changed to one of disbelief, and he started crying.

"Now look what you've made me do..."

After saying that, the prototype withdrew CatNap's back. The ground is covered in blood. DogDay could tell that CatNap was crying.

"I-..I'm...I'm...s-sorry...f-for...for..every-t..hing..I've..d-done..e..." Before passing away, CatNap uttered his final words. drops to the floor/ground.

"CATNAP!!!" He was shouted at by DogDay. CatNap was his attempt.

But they stopped him while he was being detained by Bubba and Kickin. Through the Boogie Bot, they all got in.

Now, everyone has returned to the Main Town. The displays shatter as the Boogie Bot blows up. DogDay was outraged by what transpired. His buddies were extremely concerned about him.
