You’ve always had a fiery personality and got mad easily. You hated that fact. Whenever you got frustrated or angry, you said things you didn’t mean and regretted it immediately after the fact.

Today was another example of your anger getting the best of you. You had a difficult day at work and took your frustration out on your boyfriend, Oscar. Arguments between the two of you didn’t happen often, but when they did….they were explosive. And you said some really hurtful things this time.

After calming down from the argument, you headed towards the kitchen where Oscar was stood sipping on some form of alcohol. You could tell from his body language that he was still upset, his head buried in his hands.
