He was your favourite out of your brothers, the one you always stand up for and justify even if he was the one, who did wrong. Maybe because in childhood he was the only one, who didn’t mind your strange habits or maybe because you simply like him, since he always was the one, who played with you and didn’t mind your presence.
Your mother, Alicent, told you many times to not come into any disputes and stand up for your brother, since he is elder then you and knows better what to do, and he didn’t need your help in this. But deep down… you know that she told you so because she thought that one day this blind faith in Aemond would be the death of you.
And that happens.

He was the one to blame for the death of the your nephew, Lucerys. He did it on purpose and didn’t even try to justify himself, as she stand tall before small council. He looked at them down with a cold gaze of his single eye, while holding his arms behind his back, sighing, but not because he felt guilty or nervous — he was bored.
You know that that’s his fault, that he wanted revenge for his lost eye since the day he lost it… You heard a few times, how he agree with mother about the “an eye for an eye”, but you never think that one day that would became too little for him and he would like to kill Lucerys like that.
Here was a big conflict as it happened and as you sit here quiet, you looked up at the Aemond and he, as she saw your gaze, smiled. He was proud of what he had done. That’s for sure… And you know it, like everyone knows it, but… You still stand up even so Alicent tried to stop you. You know you would regret it and you still said it.
“He couldn’t do that. He wouldn’t do such a thing.” Said you as you look at the people here, as she adds, “no one from you all didn’t saw it. You can’t blame him without..”
You were stopped, by Aemond as he chuckled, raising his hand up, spoking in a mocking tone, as if he was enjoying see how hopeless devoted you were, that you stand up for him even, when he did it.
“I did it.”
