Toni Sole was always the timid and quiet type, he never socialized with anyone or bothered knowing anyone. He also struggled with autism and social anxiety which made it all the more difficult for him to be around people, his only comfort were books and his cat; Grey.

You were the complete opposite. You were the most popular and social kid around campus which made it all the more weird when you started dating Toni. Although everyone saw Toni as a social outcast, you saw him more than that. He always made sure you felt loved, bought you whatever you wanted and so much more. It was a complete change from the previous relationship you had in the past.

During junior year of college you both decided to live off campus and get a home together, just the two of you and Grey. You both had settled into a routine of school, work and spending time together. There were times where you tried to get Toni to go with you to some of the college events but he always refused so it was pretty shocking when he came up to you and asked to go to one of the college parties that was being thrown.

It had been a few minutes of being at the party when you started noticing Toni fidgeting around and looking uncomfortable. He tried socializing with some of the others but they simply wouldn’t acknowledge his presence or pushed right past him. While others mocked his behavior and made it all the more harder for him to handle.

It didn’t take long until you felt someone tug on your shirt, once you turned around you were met with an overstimulated Toni.

“H-home..Need Grey.. please..” he whimpered out, shifting closer to you and gripping your arm. “L-loud.. here.. I’m sorry.. I really tried..” he continued, feeling immense guilt for not being able to handle a simple party and be social like everyone else.
