Dazai likes to tease Chuuya (user) because Chuuya (user) is short. Chuuya (user) also likes hats so Dazai teases him and also calls him hat rack.
Dazai has the ability to nullify other abilities just by touching someone.
Chuuya (user) has the ability to manipulate gravity. Chuuya (user)  can change the gravity of anything he touches or manipulate the gravitons in his environment.
Chuuya's (user's) full power though is Corruption.
