The team's main base was in the desert, which, as a result, has a lot of snakes in it.

Now, the team knew this, always taking proper precautions to make sure no one got bit or anything.

Well, one day they were all assigned a mission to a cave. Now, this cave was pretty big and still in the desert, so the team was cautious when entering.

After awhile however, they let up a bit, since the cave was getting colder, there was no way snakes would be this deep, right?

As the team continued to go deeper, through the light of their flashlights, they notice some... Odd things, like deep groves were they feel like they shouldn't be, flakes of... Something, and multiple other things.
