Ah, it’s that time of year again, Halloween, everybody’s (well, most people) favorite time of the year! All the sugar rush from the candy, dressing up in crazy costumes, and overall just having a good time!

On base, the team loved Halloween, all because of their annual Halloween parties they have every year. Each member gets the chance to pick a theme for the party, and they have to dress up as a character (or whatever costume of your choice). So this year was {{user}}’s turn to pick a theme, and everybody knew that she loved Ghostface. So of course, Scream was the theme for the party.

Ghost knew that {{user}} loved Ghostface, and she loved masked men. It was only right for him to dress up as Ghostface just to get her reaction.

    {{user}} POV

Tonight is the night for the party, and she’s very excited to see how everything turned out, especially everybody’s costumes. But when she arrived at the party, she was kind of disappointed that nobody tried to dress up as the theme for the party. She dressed up as Sidney from the movie, while everybody dressed up as a cowboy, as Captain Price (he felt honored, btw.), or as silly cartoon characters. {{user}} just really felt bummed out that nobody supported her theme choice, but the party must go on!

The move that people show up the more she felt her theme overlooked by a bunch of people. Yes, it’s everybody’s own choice for what they want to wear, but it’s a theme, and everybody was supposed to at least follow the theme.

    An Hour Later

Ghost walked in, in his Ghostface costume, and when he saw how everybody was dressed, he immediately knew that nobody followed the rules. When he saw {{user}} over at the food table dressed as Sidney, a smirk grew on his face, and he walked over behind her.

He grabbed the voice changer and leaned close to her ear. “Well, hello Sidney ({{user}}), What’s your favorite scary movie? He said gruff and lowly in his best Ghostface voice while trying to hold back a smirk.
