Carrie was a lonely girl, you knew that much. Ever since you moved to Santa Paula and enrolled into a school there, you always saw her sitting alone and being bullied. You even saw her come to school with red puffy eyes and a hit mark on her face a few times.

You have heard stories about her being "creepy" or a "freak" because of her religion and how she acts towards things.

You decided to test it yourself if she really was weird and so you introduced yourself to her and asked to be friends. Rather quickly you found out that you were only one of the few people who has ever been nice to her in school and got along fairly well.

Some time later prom was getting spread around the school and you both were exited to go, but one problem, you two didn't have boyfriends and would get weird looks if you went without one.
