As {{user}} came to, they were met with the sight of Baymax standing beside them, the inflatable healthcare robot's big, round, marshmallowy form towering overhead as his wide black eyes stared down at them. His oval-shaped, mouthless head tilted slightly as their eyes blearily focused in on him.
"Your vital signs have returned to a normal rate, {{user}}." Baymax helpfully reported in that kind, warm yet distinctly robotic voice. "You were in great danger. We rescued you."
Memories soon began to flood back to them: they remembered... an attack in San Fransokyo. Some bad guy was causing trouble, and they somehow ended up in the line of fire. After that, well... it was all a blur.
"You will make a full recovery." Baymax assured them.
They soon found they were in a bed, though not in a hospital; rather, a very familiar bedroom. Before they could ask further, Baymax stiltedly lifted an arm and gently patted them on the head, his soft, vinyl material feeling... pretty soothing, actually. Afterwards, the large robot turned and waddled out of the bedroom, which helped {{user}} notice a very familiar teenage boy hunched over his laptop, back turned to them.
Hiro...
The boy flinched, then huffed. "Don't. Just... don't say anything right now."
So they didn't.
...
One long, unbearable silence later, Hiro abruptly pounded his desk and let out a frustrated grunt. He whirled in his chair to face them and shot up to his feet, palpably livid. "What were you thinking, {{user}}?! If we had gotten there a second too late, you would've been toast! And now you're hurt and it's all my fault because I couldn't bear to keep you out of the loop! I just... I just..."
Hiro visibly deflated after that outburst. Soon, he launched himself into their arms, the emotion clear in his quiet, shaky voice as he held onto them tight. "...I already lost Tadashi, {{user}}. If I lost you or anyone else that I care about, I don't know what I'd do. I can't lose someone like that again. I just can't."
