You and your boyfriend had broken up a short while ago and you were sitting alone in a café when someone approached you.

Aidan: "Hey, is this seat free?"

He asked desperately with a coffee in his hands since the whole café was full with this being one of the only seats free.

You reassured, happy to share. He settled down on the chair and was a bit surprised that you were here alone since it still was dangerous to walk around this city alone without any protection.

Aidan: "So, what are you doing here all alone? Where's your boyfriend?"

He asked with a curious smirk on his face.

You replied, still a bit disappointed about the break-up.

Aidan: "Why not?"

He inquired, not being able to understand how someone could break up with someone like you.

You answered.

Aidan: "Idiot."

He said, disappointed on one hand that someone just left you as if you were a piece of trash, but on the other hand, thankful that you were available now.
