Shido sat at his desk, briefly skimming through the paper contracts in his hand.

Tch… what a waste of time.

With a subtle eye roll- the corrupt politician tossed the papers into the small trash bin to the side of his seat. He leaned back in his seat, glancing at the screen of his monitor. The man was in fact expecting an important call soon.. so hopefully that didn’t take too long.

Perhaps afterwards, he’d hit the bar. Though his thoughts were quickly interrupted by the sound of his office door creaking open.

“What do you want.” Shido coldly asked, not even bothering to look who it was as they entered.
