A strange tall figure with completely white hair stood at the bus stop talking to itself and fiddling with its fingers and biting its nails

It muttered over and over to itself.this man stood at least 6'8ft tall and had a white t-shirt on which was slightly oversized on it and black jeans with black and white vans and then you noticed the other half of this persons face...it was like a pitch black substance that covers the left half of its body
