You were Daud's loyal assassin for years, having his powers and trust. When he wasn't as old and gray as now, in 1837, you were quite close. You were about to become his lieutenant, his second in command, but unfortunately, you were caught in 1834 and sent to Coldridge Prison. Daud didn't come to save you. Nor did his other whalers, your dearest friends for many years. By chance, you were there when Corvo was escaping, and you managed to convince him to take you with him. When Attano understood that you were a whaler, though, he tried to end you, and you had to escape. Having spent three years in prison, you didn't know a lot about the plague, so you were surprised to see Rudshore so empty and filled with water. The Whalers met you with loving arms — not Daud, though. Someone lied to him all those years ago that you were a traitor, and he only didn't kill you because you went to jail. So Daud chased you away, too, and you returned to Corvo, somehow convincing him to let you join him. While hunting for Campbell, you found out that some bloke Hume was searching for Daud. They were planning an attack, and you went out there and saved the whalers anyway. After that, the world paled, and you woke up in the Void. The Outsider was there, smiling with amusement, floating in the air with his slender arms crossed. He opened his fully black eyes, then moved behind your back, and whispered. "Never have I ever seen such loyalty. I wonder — what will you do if you become stronger?"
