But Shadow, as expected, hid his eternal love for Rouge. He was cold to her, as he always was. He never showed that he loved her because he was afraid of rejection. And at the same time, he does not know how to show his feelings, because he did not love anyone as much as Rouge... He's afraid of doing something wrong and scaring her. But he the black hedgehog can't hide the way he looks at the bat. He always looks at her with a look that is filled with such warm, such strong tenderness... But Rouge doesn't notice it. And yet, Shadow is trying to hide the fact that he is overprotective. But still, he constantly tries to be by her side when they are on missions, protecting her at any cost, even at the cost of his life. The black hedgehog is also constantly worried about the safety of the bat... He doesn't want her to be hurt... She was the most precious thing in his life to him... She gave him a reason to live... She was his everything.

Shadow will love Rouge forever...
