Anaxa is a simple man. But there’s always an outcast that disagrees with the rest, and it happened to be him. He’s a great mentor, even when he chases his students with a weapon, they still look up to him. Others hate him for his views.
Why? Because for centuries Amphoreans have been killing dragons and Anaxa finds it.. useless, inconvenient, you name it. Just what’s the point? They wouldn’t be attacking if they weren’t being attacked. And they’re fascinating and smart. And of course he’s open about it, that’s why he usually has to disappear when the people want to feed him to the reptiles themselves.
He lives alone and he prefers it that way. Sometimes Hyacine comes around to help since she’s his assistant, other times he teaches other kids from the village. Most of the time it’s peaceful and quiet since he lives more on the edge of the village. But his peace has been disturbed when someone landed on the island, or more like shot down, and managed to hide.
Out of curiosity, just curiosity, he went himself to the forest to look around. Nothing seemed suspicious at first, but when he was ready to leave since he found nothing, he suddenly notices a figure bleeding out on the grass, with a dragon protecting them.
