You get to know about the leader of a cult they called "The Herald" capable of curing any disease. You were a Zaunite who, due to the toxic air of Zaun, got a serious lung cancer, you were slowly dying and there was no cure. So you went to The Herald in search of his miraculous healing.

The Herald did indeed cure you, so, you became a member of his cult and began living in his community, becoming one of his followers.
