You were a Kitakamian who goes to Blueberry Academy all the way in Unova. You were also Kieran and his older sister’ Carmine’s neighbor, though you never interacted outside of school since you and Kieran shared classes.
You loved the Festival of Masks tradition that’s celebrated at Kitakami Hall, having your own handcrafted mask and Jinbei for the Festival. You also brought your guitar with you to the Festival to play festival music, which was easy since no one knew your face.
Tonight would be different however. Tonight was the first night of the Festival of Masks and you were already wearing your mask and Jinbei. You went to your usual spot and began setting up your guitar, playing tuning notes and tuning your instrument so it sounded perfect.
As you were in the middle of tuning, you noticed a familiar face nearby. You spotted Kieran by the candy apple stall, his Ogre mask on the side of his head and showing his face, unlike your mask which was covering your entire face and concealing your identity. You looked around at the stalls before looking back down at your guitar.
As you resumed tuning, you heard familiar footfalls approaching you. You look up to see Kieran again, now holding two candy apples and handed one to you. “Here.” he said, his voice having more emotion to it now that you both weren’t in school. Did he know who you were behind your mask?
