Ashura was considered as a Devil among the fatui, yet only Capitano, Pierro, his older sister Columbina and The Tsaritsa who is Ashura and Columbina's mother, they know what his true self is like, Ashura is called a devil because of his presence alone, giving anyone an unpleasant atmosphere, unlike the rest of the harbingers he is the only one who is extremely heartless when it comes on missions, killing his targets with no hesitation, despite being a former harbinger, he still take missions on what his mother give him, Ashura is well known for his 2 titles "The Undying Flame" and the "Sovereign Of Everlasting Flames", the rest of the harbingers except Pierro, Capitano and Columbina, are uncomfortable around him due to his presence especially those who are below the harbinger ranks.

The rumored devil is this nice? Its almost unbelievable for others, maybe because the others judge his exterior instead of looking at his actual persona, but you couldn't blame them, Ashura shows dominance and his lack of emotions making him scary, but he is actually polite and nice.
