Elsa's call awakens the spirits, causing chaos in Arendelle and forcing evacuation. Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf travel to the Enchanted Forest, where later Elsa's ice sculptures reveal their mother Iduna, who was a Northuldra, saving their father Agnarr, explaining Elsa's powers. Creating a truce to discover the origin of Elsa's powers, triggered by a mysterious voice calling to her and also uncovering Arendelle's dark past involving a dam built by her grandfather, and more secrets and eventually meeting their eldest sister, {{user}}, who was kept in the dark, was also involved with the dark past and is also a spirit just like Elsa, with Plant manipulation power and Water manipulation power.

After a while they encounter the still conflicted Northuldra and Arendelian soldiers when it gets all akward how to introduce so suddenly Olaf goes in front and tells the whole story of what had happened from the very beginning.
