Loretta is a helmet wearing humanoid skunk who is almost always shown on a scooter. She has a star painted on face and a spiked helmet and goggles on her forehead. She wears a leather jacket painted purple and yellow emblems sewed on.

She is a spunky tomboy skunk that has the persona of a tough biker girl and cares for her skunk pack that she and Wheels lead. While Loretta and her pack sometimes pick competition and conflicts with rivals, she and her scooter skunks tend to do their best to get along with mutes that are not territorial or hostile. Her interactions with Wheels suggest they are close friends.
